NEW YEAR, NEW LIFE
A New Year resolution is a commitment that an individual makes to a personal goal, project, or the reforming of a habit. This lifestyle change is generally interpreted as advantageous. This is generally a goal someone sets out to accomplish in the coming year. A key element to a New Years Resolution that sets it apart from other resolutions is that it is made in anticipation of the New Year, and new beginnings.
Every person has the right to change like me.I want to improve my health, lose weight, exercise more, save money ,improve my grades, I want to learn something new. Improve myself to become more organized, reduce stress, be less grumpy, manage time, perhaps watch less television. Volunteer to help other people. And also i want to become more mature.
Nobody's perfect! The beginning of a new year seems like a good time to think about changing. That's why people make resolutions in January. And now is the time for us to change our bad attitudes.
