We Filpinos knows our language. Before that, do you know what language is? Language is the way of communicating others. This is very important to us to be able to know what he/she they saying or what was their emotions. But you know what was our national language? Tagalog is our national language, we used this to be able to communicate us to each other.
This language is very important to every Filipinos.

Philippines is our country. This place is a clean and green place just like our language. We must clean our surroundings also with our language. We must take care of it, loved and respect our language as we respect our country.

Human being require food to grow, reproduce and maintain good health . Without the right food, our bodies could not stay warm, build on repair tissue or maintain a heartbeat. Eating the right foods can help us avoid certain deseases or recover faster when illness occur.

Creating good eating habits for baby is important to life, long health of the child. The parents has a big role in shaping the child in eating habits. The mother needs to eat nutritious food especially fruits and vegetables that is reach in proteins, carbohydrates, iron, low fat, dairy products and clean meat or beans. The health care provides most probably to know about your child or your body eating habits or weight. cook with less fat most especially bake, roast or fresh foods instead of frying , because frying has a lot of cholesterol that affects the weight and health of the baby.

Dear Mr.President,

On behalf of the student I'm Ma. Reyna del Castillo of Ilocos Sur National High School. I would like to sincerely congratulate you for being our new president.

I must that I was not surprise to know if your success during the election. During your term when you're still a senator you've shown all your heartily service for the Filipinos. Now that you're the president, I know that you can handle and manage our country well, because of your experience in serving the country.

I hope that you wouldbe better unlike the last president. The Philippines will be waiting for the big change . I do hope also that the poverty, corruption and gambling will lessen. Again congratulations and thank you very much.
